The 1154 series valve is a TTV wafer butterfly valve, with a ductile iron body and FKM seat. It is used to close or regulate acid, grease, hydrocarbon, petrol, super, argon, glycerine, oil, carbon dioxide and biogas networks.
Reference 1154: TTV butterfly valve Our reference 1154 is a wafer butterfly valve from the TTV brand range. Different elements and materials are used to build this valve: its body is in EN GJS 500-7 ductile iron and is Rilsan-coated with 250-300 microns thick paint and RAL 5024 colour the seat is in FKM, for wide fluid compatibility as well as high temperature tolerance (up to +150 °C with chemicals and abrasives) the disc is in CF8M stainless steel We keep sizes DN32-40 to DN300 in stock, while sizes DN350 to DN600 are available on request. The main technical characteristics of the 1154 TTV wafer butterfly valve can be listed as follows: Mounting between flanges PN10/16 and class 150 (PN20) Long neck for isolation Full crossing stem Lever from DN32 to DN300, bare shaft from DN350 or mounted gearbox for DN350 and DN400 ISO 5211 mounting pad Maximum service pressure: 16 bar up to DN300, 10 bar for bigger sizes Range of temperatures tolerated: from -5 °C up to +180 °C This TTV wafer butterfly valve can be used in applications with multiple types of fluids: acids, grease, hydrocarbons, petrol, premium gasoline, argon, glycerine, oil, carbon dioxide, biogas.
